Conceive and develop a compelling event from the ground up, utilizing Racoon Creek Golf Course as the venue.

  • Event Structure: A two-day event structure was devised, beginning with an exclusive cocktail night and dinner. This set the tone for the subsequent golf tournament and other engaging activities.

  • Activities Planning: Engaging activities were brainstormed to cater to both players and non-players, enhancing the overall attendee experience. These activities included mini-games, raffles, and vendor stands.

  • Partner Selection: The choice of Drew Lock and the Parkinson's Foundation as partners aligned with the event's philanthropic and sports-centric theme, creating a purpose-driven initiative.
